SHIPPING
Each piece is crafted with care, intention, and a commitment to responsible production. While your order may not arrive overnight, it reflects the craftsmanship and purpose we stand for.
To minimize overproduction and waste, most items are made to order or produced in limited quantities. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout based on stock availability. For pre-order items, please refer to the delivery timeframe listed in the product description.
For in-stock pieces, please allow up to 3 business days for processing before dispatch.
Note: Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates. A more precise delivery window will be available once tracking information is issued. We are not responsible for transit delays, but we’ll always do our best to assist if issues arise.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch. We cannot guarantee delivery dates, particularly during peak times, holidays, or in the case of adverse weather conditions.
Please double-check your billing and shipping details before placing your order. We are unable to redirect packages once in transit.
We ship from our studio in London.
Please note: Delivery charges do not include any import duties or taxes that may be incurred upon arrival in the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS
We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn't quite right, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

In its original condition — unworn, unused, with tags

In its original packaging

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
To initiate a return, contact us at shop@vaqar.com. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how and where to send the item.
Return shipping is at the customer's expense. You may choose to arrange your own return or we can handle it for you — the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Please note: You are responsible for the item until it reaches us.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns on:

If you have any doubts about your item’s return eligibility, feel free to reach out.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please complete a return and place a new order separately. This ensures the fastest processing and delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note it may take a few business days for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at shop@vaqar.com with photos and a brief description of the issue. We’ll do everything we can to make it right.
